Week 3 of 12
"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together..."
Hebrews 10:24–25
Coffee Moment
Glance around the room and acknowledge that you are not alone.
Reflection
Solitude is essential for rest and mental well-being, yet it can quickly become isolation. Isolation reinforces our fears and increases loneliness. Accept the encouragement, healing, and personal growth available in the Christian community, as part of God's design. Start by building trust with one or two people who value transparency and are willing to share their own imperfections with you. God is gentle, and his grace is bigger than our weaknesses.
Discussion Questions
- What makes group gatherings difficult?
- How does isolation affect anxiety?
Prayer
Lord, give us the courage to connect with others.
Personal Practice
Attend one social gathering this week.
